一个新颖三维配位聚合物Pb(1，4-napdc)(DMF)的合成、结构及热稳定性研究

A novel 3D metal-organic coordination polymer Pb(1,4-napdc)(DMF) (1,4-napdc=naphthalene-1,4-dicarboxylate) was synthesized at room temperature using slow vapor diffusion method to grow single crystal that has been analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic with space group P2₁2₁2₁. The unit cell parameters are as fellows: a=0.701 3(2) nm, b=1.407 6(3) nm, c=1.521 5(4) nm, V=1.501 8(6) nm³ and Z=4. In the crystal structure of Pb(1,4-napdc)(DMF), the square grids constructed with paddle-wheel units of Pb(Ⅱ) and 1,4-napdc links stack over each other to generate infinite 3D network, which has square apertures (1.158×1.158 nm²) along the crystallographic a-axis. The thermal stability of compound was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis. CCDC: 293617.     

基于ZnO溶胶-凝胶固定的酪氨酸酶传感器的研制

通过使用带正电荷的ZnO溶胶-凝胶在玻碳电极表面固定酶,研制了一种简单有效的酪氨酸酶传感器。结果表明,ZnO溶胶-凝胶的等电点为酪氨酸酶的固定提供了有利的微环境,酪氨酸酶能很好地保持其生物活性。所研制的传感器达到95%稳定状态电流的时间在10 s以内。酚类化合物可通过酶催化产生的醌在-200 mV(对饱和甘汞电极)直接还原而测定,传感器对苯酚测定的灵敏度为168μA.mmol-1.L-1,线性范围为1.5×10-7~4.0×10-5mol.L-1,检出限为8.0×10-8mol.L-1。该传感器使用二周后活性仍保持原有活性的75%。     

假蒟挥发油化学成分气质联用分析研究

采用常规水蒸气蒸馏法提取出假岛精油，经气相色谱-质谱联机分析，分出60多个峰，鉴定出67种化合物，它们主要是2，4，5-三甲氧基-1-丙烯基苯3．20％），顺-石竹烯（13．33％），1，2-二甲氧基-4-（1-丙烯基）苯（12．63％），细辛（9．94％），4-甲氧基-6-（2-丙烯基）-1，3-苯并二恶茂（5．71％），δ-杜松烯（3．03％）etc，占总峰面积的67．84％。     

N-亚水杨基苄胺过渡金属配合物的合成、结构与抑菌性能研究(英)

N-salicylidene-benzylamineato M(Ⅱ) complexes (ZnL₂, CuL₂ and CdL₂) were synthesized, characterized and valued for antimicrobial activities against bacterial strands using the agar diffusion method. The crystal of ZnL₂ was determined by X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the Monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a=2.269 1(3), b=0.918 2(1), c=1.239 5(2) nm, β=117.89(2), Z=4, R₁=0.049 4, wR₂=0.138 2. The complexes were found to be active against Staphylococcus aureus and Eschierichia Coli. CCDC: 249474.     

Biocomposites of covalently linked glucose oxidase on carbon nanotubes for glucose biosensor

The formation of covalently linked composites of multi–walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) and glucose oxidase (GOD) with high-function density for use as a biosensing interface is described. The reaction intermediates and the final product were characterized by using FT–IR spectroscopy, and the MWCNT-coated GOD nanocomposites were examined by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Interestingly, it was found that the GOD–MWCNT composites are highly water soluble. Electrochemical characterization of the GOD–MWCNT composites that were modified on a glassy carbon electrode shows that the covalently linked GOD retains its bioactivity and can specifically catalyze the oxidation of glucose. The oxidation current shows a linear dependence on the glucose concentration in the solution in the range of 0.5–40 mM with a detection limit of 30 μM and a detection sensitivity of 11.3 μA/mMcm². The present method may provide a way to synthesize MWCNT related composites with other biomolecules and for the construction of enzymatic reaction-based biofuel cells and biosensors. 从头计算方法比较TiSi_2的C54相和C49相

采用平面波超软赝势描述多电子体系,利用密度泛函理论和广义梯度近似,计算出C54相和C49相TiSi2的晶格常数、体弹性模量、形成能、电子态密度(DOS)和Mulliken电荷布居等性质.通过比较这两种物质的性质,发现尽管两者形成能很相近,但C49相结构对称性差、体弹性模量小、熔点低,Ti原子d轨道的反键强、离子性弱.这些性质上的差异和C49相TiSi2在固相反应中优先形成有关.     

A Large Conformational Change of a Bridged β-Cyclodextrin Dimer in Aqueous Solution

A novel bridged β-CD dimer in which two β-cyclodextrins were linked by a naphthalene at positions 2 and 7 has been synthesized. 1H and 13CNMR measurements showed that a large change in the conformation of the dimer occurred in aqueous solution. The dimer interacted with methyl and ethyl orange to form stable inclusion complexes via "induced fit" mechanism.

球形SiO2-Al2O3的制备、结构和性能

将Na2SiO3·9H2O 溶液通过强酸性阳离子树脂进行离子交换得到酸性硅溶胶,再将硅溶胶与铝溶胶及六次甲基四胺混合后采用油柱成型法制备了球形SiO2-Al2O3复合氧化物. 通过XRD、BET 及TPD等手段对样品进行测试和表征, 结果表明, 600 ℃焙烧得到的SiO2-Al2O3中SiO2以无定型形式存在, 其比表面、孔容与表面酸性随SiO2含量的增加而提高, 孔径、堆密度随SiO2含量的提高而减小, 压碎强度基本保持不变.     

2,4-二甲氧基苯甲酰氯的合成

2,4-二羟基苯甲酸与硫酸二甲酯经甲基化反应得到2,4-二甲氧基苯甲酸(3);3与SOCl2发生氯化反应合成了2,4-二甲氧基苯甲酰氯(4)。较佳的氯化反应条件为:325mmol,苯70mL,AlCl3250mg,回流反应1.5h,重结晶溶剂为石油醚(90℃～120℃),总产率达74.1%。2～4的结构经1HNMR和FT-IR表征。
